Carried out on behalf of the commission by Ipsos MORI, this report measures the public attitude towards charities and awareness of the commission.

The main objectives of the research are to:

  • investigate public trust towards charities
  • explore the key drivers for overall trust
  • compare how trust varies in ethnic groups
  • compare trust with other areas of society, for example doctors, police public institutions
