Our Board

Our Board has responsibility for our overall strategy and future direction. As an open and accountable organisation we hold Open Board meetings for anyone to attend to find out first-hand about how we make operational and policy decisions about our work.

Our Board is supported by an Audit Committee and a Civil Service Pay Committee.

Our Senior Management Team

The Commission's Senior Management Team makes decisions involving our day-to-day operation. This group is chaired by the Chief Executive and includes the eleven Heads of Function. Our Heads of Function implement the programmes and policies arising from our Board's decisions to ensure we deliver effective services.
