Guidance for specific types of small charity

Small charities come in all shapes and forms, but there are some particular types of small charity which are common across England and Wales. This section links to some further guidance for these charities.


 

Almshouses

The Charity Commission has a unique relationship with the Almshouse Association (NAA). We work in partnership and share information. Here are some almshouse factsheets which are the result of genuine partnership working between the two organisations. The factsheets cover three main issues which almshouse charities face and which can cause serious problems.
