Annual income over £25,000 and up to £500,000

If your charity is has an annual income of more than £25,000 but less than £500,000, you need to:

  • complete Part A of the annual return form
  • confirm that there are no serious incidents or other matters which need to be reported to the Charity Commission
  • send a copy of your trustees' annual report (TAR), audited or independently examined accounts and examiner's report
