As a trustee your name will appear along with your fellow trustees on the register of charities. If you find you name included as part of another, unrelated charity you need to contact the charity direct and have them remove your details.

Firstly make a note of the charity’s registered number and type the number in the “Search for a charity” box at the top of our home page. On the left hand side of your page displaying the charity’s entry select Contact & trustees.

You can view the names of the current serving trustees and the correspondent details for the charity with which you can make contact.

The charity can make arrangements for your details to be removed from their entry on the register of charities.
