If your charity is to close, but you still want to meet your users’ needs, merging with another charity could be the answer. You can voluntarily register your charity merger to help future legacies to a closed charity find their way to its successor.

You should read your governing document first to see if it contains any special instruction for what you should do to merge your charity with another.
