When do we have to have our annual general meeting (AGM)?
The governing document of your charity may indicate when in the year your annual general meeting (AGM) is to be held.
Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are held yearly, and your governing document should state the number of days’ notice that must be given for calling an AGM. If it does not, reasonable notice should be given (typically 21 or 28 days).
