If you and the trustees feel there is an issue in your charity that needs to be addressed, you may wish to have a vote of no confidence.
A vote of no confidence can only be held where the specific provision to do so is contained within the governing document.
This is not a provision that is commonly contained within unincorporated, or non-company governing documents.
If members have concerns over a particular trustee they should consider raising this at the next general meeting of the charity.
