The best way to do this is online:
- log on to our online services using your charity’s password
- update trustee details or contact information in the ‘View / Amend Charity Details’ section
- amendments are usually made within 24 hours
If you do not have a password or need a new one, please order another password.
It is important that you let us know changes to contact information as soon as possible, as this is our main channel of communication with your charity.
However, it is not as urgent to let us know about changes to trustee details. You can let us know about these when you send your Annual Return form or Annual Information Update form. There is a section where you can add details of new trustees and indicate any names to be removed.
You can also request a change to contact details over the phone, but for security reasons this will involve a validation process. It is not usually possible to amend trustee details over the phone.
