If you are setting up a charity, using one of our model governing documents will save time and speed up your application for registration. Each of these contains the basic provisions which many charities use.

Updating existing governing documents

If you are updating an existing governing document you may also find these a useful source for model provisions. However, you may not be able to adopt a clause which allows your charity’s trustees to receive financial or other benefit without our consent.
