The Regulator for Charities in England and Wales

Alerts and warnings

The Commission is committed to responding quickly to issues in a way which is supportive to charities and the public. As part of its regulatory compliance work, which includes liaison with charities, sector umbrella bodies and other agencies, the Commission may become aware of particular risks or vulnerabilities which potentially affect charities and their operations. Where appropriate we will raise awareness of particular risks facing charities as they come to our attention. It is important that charity trustees are vigilant about those who want to exploit and abuse charities.
