  Thank you for your recent enquiry advising us that the charity is being wound up.
  Unfortunately I have to return the documents to you because the information you have provided is not sufficient to enable us to remove the charity from the Register of Charities at this stage.
  The enclosed guidance notes (CSD 1344A) explain what you have to do now. I also enclose a copy of a declaration form (CSD 1344B) which should be completed and returned to this office. The completed form will enable us to determine whether the charity can be removed, or if some further action is required before this can be achieved.
